Purchases/Subscriptions
If you purchase any service or product, you must supply certain information regarding your purchase, without limitation, information about the bank card you are paying with, information about the cardholder (first and last name), and personal information about the buyer.
There may be some parts of the service based on subscriptions. You will be charged in advance based on a recurring and periodic ("Billing Cycle"). The billing cycles are set monthly or annually, depending on your subscription plan, when you purchase a Subscription.
Your Subscription will be automatically renewed under the same conditions unless you cancel it or Appforstore cancels it. You can cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting App For Store customer support team.
Free Trial
App For Store provides a Subscription with a Free Trial for a limited period. You are supposed to provide your billing information to sign up for the Free Trial.
You need to fill in the billing information while signing up for your free trial, and you do not need to provide the charges until your free trial expires. On the last day of the Free Trial, If you do not cancel the Subscription, you will be automatically charged Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.
Whenever and without notice, App For Store claims all authority to (i) adjust the terms and conditions or (ii) drop such a Free trial deal.
Termination
We might terminate or suspend access to our service right away, without advanced notice or, at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you break the Terms.
If you want to terminate your account, simply, you can discontinue using the Service.
Refund
If we develop your app and send it to you, we reserve the right not to process a full refund because if you get your app, the service is considered performed. We are not making full refunds in all cases due to our incurred costs.
App For Store may consider particular refund requests for Subscriptions case-by-case and grant them in the sole discretion.
Links To Other Websites
Our Services/products may hold links to third-party websites or services that are not under control. We do not have any control over and assume no responsibility for the content of the third-party websites or services, privacy policies, or practices.
You further agree that App For Store shall not be directly or indirectly responsible for any harm or loss caused by or in connection with the use of or dependence on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
